Cuscam is owned and operated by Cuspart.com (“Cuspart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Cuscam respects your privacy. Cuscam does not collect, store, track, sell, or share any personal data.
No Personal Data Collection
We do not collect personal information from you.
We do not collect:
– Your name
– Email address
– Phone number
– Location
– Contacts
– Photos or videos
– Audio recordings
– Camera footage
– Project files
– Device identifiers for tracking
– Analytics data
– Advertising data
Camera, Microphone, and Media Access
Cuscam may request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, files, or iCloud storage only so the App can perform features you choose to use, such as recording video, capturing audio, importing LUTs, saving exports, or accessing files.
This access happens on your device. Cuscam does not upload your videos, photos, audio, or files to our servers.
Local Storage
Videos, photos, audio, LUTs, teleprompter files, exports, and project files are stored locally on your device or in your own Apple iCloud storage if you choose to use iCloud.
We do not have access to these files.
Purchases
Cuscam Pro purchases, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Cuscam only checks purchase status through Apple’s StoreKit system to determine whether Pro features should be unlocked. We do not collect or store your payment information.
No Tracking or Advertising
Cuscam does not use third-party advertising, tracking SDKs, analytics SDKs, or data brokers.
Children’s Privacy
Cuscam does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Data Deletion
Because we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal data for us to delete.
You can delete locally stored files from your device. If you delete the App, iOS may delete files stored inside the App’s local container. Files stored in your own iCloud storage are managed by you through Apple iCloud.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App changes. If we ever introduce data collection, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that change applies.
