The application does not require:

– A user profile
– Advertising identifiers
– Analytics or tracking consent
Cuspart: GPS does not operate a remote server or database for storing your application data.
3. LOCAL DATA PROCESSING
Cuspart: GPS processes certain information locally on your device to provide its features, including:
– GPS location
– Speed and movement information
– Route coordinates
– Driving measurements
– Performance records
– Gauge settings
– Color and font preferences
– Display preferences
This information is processed and stored locally on your iPhone. It is not transmitted to Cuspart or stored on Cuspart servers.
Cuspart: GPS does not track your location when the application is not being used for a location-based feature.
4. LOCATION SERVICES
The application may use location services while you use features such as speed tracking, route recording, or map display.
You can disable location access at any time through:
iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Cuspart: GPS
Disabling location access may prevent location-based features from working.
5. APPLE SERVICES
Cuspart: GPS may use Apple services such as Core Location, MapKit, StoreKit, and the App Store.
Apple may process technical information necessary to provide these services according to Apple’s own privacy policies.
Cuspart does not receive or store your payment card details, Apple ID password, or billing information.
6. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Cuspart: GPS may offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions, including Cuspart: GPS+.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Cuspart does not collect or store payment card information.
Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID and Apple’s App Store systems.
7. SUPPORT EMAILS
If you voluntarily contact us at contact@cuspart.com, we may receive the information included in your email.
This information is used only to respond to your request, provide support, or investigate an issue. We do not use support emails for advertising or unrelated marketing.
8. DATA SHARING
Cuspart does not share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or marketing companies.
We may disclose information only where required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
Since Cuspart does not maintain a server-side database of your application data, our ability to provide locally stored information is limited.
9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your application data remains on your device until you delete it.
You may:
– Delete available records through the application
– Remove application data through the application’s available settings
– Delete Cuspart: GPS from your device
If your device is backed up using iOS or iCloud, Apple may include local application data in that backup according to your device settings.
Cuspart does not keep a server-side copy of your locally stored GPS records.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Cuspart: GPS is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. INTERNATIONAL USERS
This Privacy Policy applies to users worldwide.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have rights under those laws.
Because Cuspart does not collect or store your application data on its servers, many privacy requests can be handled directly through your device settings or by deleting locally stored application data.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, our services, or applicable laws change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
