Cuspart (\u201cCuspart\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d) operates the Cuspart: myCal mobile application (the \u201cApp\u201d).<\/p>\n
This Privacy Policy explains how Cuspart: myCal handles information when you use the App.<\/p>\n
1. Information We Collect<\/p>\n
Cuspart: myCal does not require you to create an account and does not maintain a cloud account for your calculations.<\/p>\n
The App may handle the following types of information:<\/p>\n
a. Calculator history and preferences<\/p>\n
Your calculation history, selected theme, font preferences, key color settings, and other personalization options are stored locally on your device.<\/p>\n
This information is not uploaded to Cuspart servers and is not accessible to us remotely. You can remove locally stored calculation history and personalization data from within the App or by deleting the App from your device.<\/p>\n
b. Support communications<\/p>\n
If you contact us at contact@cuspart.com, we may receive your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you voluntarily include in your communication.<\/p>\n
We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, investigate problems, and improve the App.<\/p>\n
c. Advertising information<\/p>\n
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads.<\/p>\n
Depending on your device settings, consent choices, and applicable laws, advertising providers may process information such as:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Device or advertising identifiers
\n\u2022 IP address
\n\u2022 Approximate location derived from IP address
\n\u2022 Ad impressions and interactions
\n\u2022 App, device, and diagnostic information<\/p>\n
Cuspart does not control how Google processes information collected through its advertising services. You can learn more from Google\u2019s privacy documentation and manage advertising and tracking permissions through your device settings.<\/p>\n
Cuspart: myCal may request permission through Apple\u2019s AppTrackingTransparency framework where required. You can accept or deny this permission. Denying permission does not prevent you from using the App, although advertising may become less personalized.<\/p>\n
d. Purchases<\/p>\n
Cuspart: myCal offers a one-time, non-consumable Pro purchase through Apple\u2019s App Store.<\/p>\n
Payment details are processed by Apple. Cuspart does not receive or store your payment card number, bank information, or Apple ID password.<\/p>\n
The App may receive limited purchase information, such as the product identifier and purchase status, so that Pro features can be enabled or restored.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Store your preferences locally on your device
\n\u2022 Display advertisements in the free version

Calculation history and personalization settings remain stored locally on your device and are not uploaded by Cuspart.<\/p>\n
4. Data Retention and Deletion<\/p>\n
Locally stored calculation history and preferences remain on your device until you delete them, reset the relevant settings, or uninstall the App.<\/p>\n
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.<\/p>\n
You may request deletion of information associated with a support request by contacting contact@cuspart.com. Information processed by Apple or Google may need to be deleted or managed directly through their respective services and settings.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Reset or delete calculation history within the App
\n\u2022 Reset personalization settings within the App
\n\u2022 Uninstall the App to remove locally stored App data

6. Children\u2019s Privacy<\/p>\n
Cuspart: myCal is not directed to children under the applicable minimum age in their country or region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.<\/p>\n
7. Security<\/p>\n
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information handled through the App and our support channels. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.<\/p>\n
8. International Processing<\/p>\n
Apple, Google, and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. These providers are responsible for handling information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.<\/p>\n
