Terms of Use for Cuscam<\/p>

Cuscam is owned and operated by Cuspart.com (\u201cCuspart\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cus\u201d).<\/p>

These Terms of Use govern your use of Cuscam (\u201cthe App\u201d). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>

License<\/p>

Cuscam is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple\u2019s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at:<\/p>

Privacy<\/p>

Cuscam does not collect, store, track, sell, or share personal data. Videos, photos, audio, LUTs, teleprompter files, exports, and project files remain on your device or in your own Apple iCloud storage if you choose to use iCloud.<\/p>

Use of the App<\/p>

Cuscam provides camera, video recording, audio monitoring, teleprompter, LUT, workflow, and export tools.<\/p>

You are responsible for how you use the App and for complying with all applicable laws, including privacy, recording, consent, copyright, and media usage laws.<\/p>

Media Responsibility<\/p>

You own and are responsible for the videos, photos, audio, files, and exports you create or manage using Cuscam.<\/p>

Cuscam does not back up your media to our servers. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, or inaccessible media. You should keep your own backups of important files.<\/p>

Cuscam Pro, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Purchase<\/p>

Cuscam may offer paid Pro features through:
– Monthly subscription
– Yearly subscription
– Free trial, when available
– Lifetime Pro one-time purchase<\/p>

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.<\/p>

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.<\/p>

A free trial, if offered, is available only once per Apple ID unless Apple allows otherwise. After the trial ends, Pro features may lock unless you have an active subscription or lifetime purchase.<\/p>

Lifetime Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks eligible Pro features for the lifetime of the App, subject to these Terms and App Store availability.<\/p>

Lifetime Pro does not automatically cancel any active subscription. If you also have an active subscription, you must manage or cancel it through your Apple ID settings.<\/p>

Refunds<\/p>

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple\u2019s App Store policies. We do not directly process App Store refunds.<\/p>

Acceptable Use<\/p>

You agree not to:
– Use the App for unlawful recording, surveillance, or harassment.
– Violate another person\u2019s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
– Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the App.
– Use the App in a way that could damage or interfere with its operation.<\/p>

No Warranty<\/p>

Cuscam is provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available.\u201d We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every production, device, or recording environment.<\/p>

Limitation of Liability<\/p>

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business damages, including loss of media, lost profits, production delays, failed recordings, or data loss arising from your use of the App.<\/p>

Changes to the App or Terms<\/p>

We may update the App, Pro features, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.<\/p>
