Furkan Bora Dalbudak (“Developer”) built the Temiz Nefes app (“App”) as a free app with an optional one-time Pro purchase. This Privacy Policy explains how Temiz Nefes accesses, stores, uses, shares, retains, and deletes user data.<\/p>\n

2. Data the App Accesses, Stores, Uses, or Shares<\/p>\n
Temiz Nefes does not require account creation and does not use a developer-managed account system.<\/p>\n
The App stores the following user-entered and app-related data locally on the user’s device in order to provide core features:
\n– quit date and quit time
\n– number of cigarettes smoked per day
\n– pack price
\n– cigarettes per pack
\n– trigger text entered by the user
\n– theme preference
\n– countdown and breathing timer state
\n– Pro purchase state and trial state used to unlock ad-free access<\/p>\n
Some of the information entered by the user, such as smoking habits, quit timing, and trigger information, may be considered health-related or wellness-related information because it is used to support smoking cessation and recovery guidance inside the App.<\/p>\n
This locally stored information is used only to operate features such as:
\n– the smoke-free timer
\n– savings and cigarette-free progress calculations
\n– milestone and badge progress
\n– SOS and breathing tools
\n– widgets
\n– theme preferences
\n– Pro access state on the device<\/p>\n
This locally stored information is not transmitted to the Developer’s own servers.<\/p>\n
The free version of the App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display ads. The App also uses Google Play Billing to process the optional one-time Pro purchase and purchase restoration.<\/p>\n
Depending on how these Google services operate, Google may process limited technical and device-related information such as:
\n– device identifiers
\n– IP address
\n– device and app information
\n– network information
\n– purchase status
\n– diagnostic, security, and fraud-prevention signals<\/p>\n
This data may be processed by Google to deliver ads, enable billing, restore purchases, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. The Developer does not sell user personal data.<\/p>\n
3. How Data Is Used and Shared<\/p>\n
Temiz Nefes uses data only for the following purposes:
\n– to run the timer, milestones, savings, and recovery features
\n– to keep user preferences and entered plan data on the device
\n– to show ads in the free version through AdMob
\n– to complete and restore the optional one-time Pro purchase through Google Play Billing
\n– to maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot service issues through Google-provided platform services<\/p>\n
The Developer does not share locally stored quit-plan data with unrelated third parties.<\/p>\n
However, Google may process limited data through its own SDKs and services, including Google Mobile Ads and Google Play Billing, as described in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n
4. Third-Party Services<\/p>\n
The App may use the following third-party services:
\n– Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
\n– Google Play Billing
\n– Google Play Services<\/p>\n

5. Data Retention<\/p>\n
Locally stored app data remains on the user’s device until one of the following occurs:

\n– the user clears the App’s storage from Android system settings

The Developer does not retain this locally stored profile or health-related data on a separate server.<\/p>\n
Purchase-related records and certain technical records processed by Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, or other Google platform services may be retained by Google under Google’s own policies and retention periods.<\/p>\n
6. How Users Can Delete Their Data<\/p>\n
Because Temiz Nefes does not use developer-managed user accounts, there is no server-side user profile for the Developer to delete.<\/p>\n
Users can delete locally stored app data at any time by:
\n– uninstalling the App, or
\n– going to Android Settings > Apps > Temiz Nefes > Storage & cache > Clear storage \/ Clear data<\/p>\n
If a user wants to stop ad-related or billing-related processing by Google, the user may stop using the free ad-supported version, uninstall the App, or review controls available in the user’s Google account and device settings.<\/p>\n
7. Secure Data Handling<\/p>\n
The App is designed to work primarily with local on-device storage.<\/p>\n
When the App communicates with Google services such as AdMob or Google Play Billing, those communications are handled over secure network connections, including HTTPS\/TLS, as provided by Google’s SDKs and platform services.<\/p>\n
8. Children’s Privacy<\/p>\n
Temiz Nefes is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under 13.<\/p>\n
