Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CuspArt (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Sudoku (the “App”).

1. Information stored on your device
The App does not require you to create an account. Game progress, puzzle state, scores, statistics, and app preferences are stored locally on your device so the App can provide its features. We do not operate an account system for this information.
If you delete the App, locally stored App data may also be removed. Device backups and other operating-system features are controlled by Apple and your device settings.
2. Advertising
The free version of the App may display interstitial and rewarded advertisements provided through Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic or delivery information to provide, measure, and protect advertising services. Their processing is governed by their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Where applicable, the App may ask for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Granting permission is optional. If you decline, you can continue using the App, and advertising may be less personalized. Google may still serve ads when tracking permission is denied; its handling of advertising identifiers depends on the applicable settings and ad-serving mode.
Premium+ users are not shown advertisements in the App while Premium+ is active.
3. Game Center
If you use Apple Game Center, the App may submit game scores and achievement progress to Game Center. Apple manages your Game Center account and related information under Apple’s Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
4. In-app purchases
Premium+ is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes ads and unlocks the Premium+ features described in the App. Purchases and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The App does not receive or store your payment card details. Apple’s privacy practices apply to these transactions.
5. Internet and third-party services
The core Sudoku game can be played offline. Advertising, Game Center, and App Store purchase or restore features may require an internet connection. When you use those features, information may be exchanged with Apple, Google, or their service providers under their respective privacy policies.
6. Data retention and choices
We do not maintain an account or a server-side profile for your local game progress. You can remove locally stored App data by deleting the App. For information handled by Apple or Google, please use the privacy controls and contact options provided by those companies.
7. Children
The App is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. Advertising and other third-party services may have their own age-related settings and requirements.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be available at the public URL where this policy is published.
