This policy is designed to cover our mobile apps in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where our Apps may be available. Some features, permissions, advertising choices, or purchases may vary by app, device, country, or platform.

Apps Covered
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published by Cuspart, including:
– Cusmory
– Other current and future Cuspart mobile applications that link to this Privacy Policy
If a specific app has additional privacy information, that app may provide extra notices inside the app or on its App Store page.
Information We Process
The information processed by our Apps depends on the features you use.
#Photos, Videos, and Media
Some Apps, such as Cusmory, may ask for access to your photo library or selected photos and videos. This access is used to provide app features such as:
– Scanning your photo library for cleanup suggestions
– Finding duplicate or similar photos
– Identifying screenshots, large videos, and other media
– Showing thumbnails and previews for review
– Saving edited photos, transparent PNG files, or compressed video copies
Photo and video analysis is designed to run on your device. We do not upload your full photo library to our servers for scanning. Your original photos and videos remain under your control, and deletion actions require your confirmation through iOS photo library permissions.
#App Usage and Diagnostics
Our Apps may process basic app activity and diagnostic information, such as feature usage, device type, operating system version, crash information, performance data, and error logs. This information helps us improve stability, fix bugs, and understand how our Apps perform.
#Purchases and Subscriptions
Some Apps may offer subscriptions, lifetime purchases, or other in-app purchases through Apple. Purchases are processed by Apple. We may receive non-financial transaction information from Apple, such as product identifiers, subscription status, purchase status, expiration dates, and renewal status, so that we can unlock paid features.
We do not receive your full payment card number or Apple ID password.
#Advertising and Consent
Some Apps may show ads to free users. We may use Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and manage privacy and consent choices.
Depending on your region and choices, Google and its partners may process data such as:
– Device identifiers or advertising identifiers, where permitted
– IP address and approximate location
– App interactions related to ads
– Ad performance and delivery information
– Consent choices and privacy preferences
On iOS, if tracking permission is required, the App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you deny tracking permission, ads may still appear, but they may be less personalized.
Premium users may receive an ad-free experience in supported Apps. When ads are removed, the App is designed not to request tracking for ad personalization.
#Support Communications
If you contact us by email or through a support channel, we may process the information you provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, device information you choose to send, and any details needed to respond to your request.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
– Provide and operate app features
– Scan, organize, edit, or save media when you ask the App to do so
– Manage subscriptions, purchases, and premium access
– Display ads for free users where applicable
– Respect your consent and privacy choices
– Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience
– Prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
– Respond to support requests
– Comply with legal obligations
Legal Bases for EEA, UK, and Swiss Users
Where applicable, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
– Performance of a contract: to provide app features, purchases, and subscriptions
– Consent: for personalized ads, tracking where required, and certain privacy choices
– Legitimate interests: to maintain app security, diagnose issues, improve performance, and provide non-personalized ads where permitted
– Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws, tax, accounting, platform, and regulatory requirements
Advertising Choices
You can manage ad personalization and privacy choices in several ways:
– Through the consent message shown in the App where required
– Through the App’s privacy or cookie settings if available
– Through iOS Settings, including App Tracking Transparency choices
– Through your device advertising settings
– Through Google ad settings and privacy controls
If a privacy options form is required in your region, the App may provide a “Privacy & Cookie Settings” option so you can update or withdraw your consent choices.
United States Privacy Notice
Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights under applicable US state privacy laws. These rights may include the right to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information, including targeted advertising or sharing as defined by applicable law.
To make a request, contact us at contact@cuspart.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.
Our Apps do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics activities may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain US state laws. You can limit these activities through app consent choices, iOS tracking settings, and device privacy settings.
Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Data Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Information stored locally on your device, such as scan results, app settings, cached thumbnails, or purchase entitlement status, may remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
Support communications may be retained as needed to respond to your request and maintain business records.
Data Sharing
We may share information with:
– Apple, for App Store purchases, subscriptions, app distribution, crash reports, and platform services
– Google AdMob and Google UMP, for advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management
– Service providers that help us operate, support, analyze, or improve our Apps
– Authorities or third parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security
We do not sell your photo library. We do not use your personal photos and videos to train AI models.
International Transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to:
– Access information about you
– Request correction or deletion
– Object to or restrict certain processing
– Withdraw consent
– Opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing
– Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
To exercise rights, contact us at contact@cuspart.com.
You can also control many privacy choices directly through iOS Settings, App Store subscription settings, photo library permissions, notification permissions, and in-app privacy settings where available.
Photo Library Permissions
You can grant full photo library access or limited access where iOS supports it. You can change photo access at any time in:
iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos
If you remove photo access, some app features may stop working until access is restored.
Notifications
Some Apps may offer optional notifications, such as cleanup reminders. You can enable or disable notifications in the App or in iOS Settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites, services, privacy policies, or terms. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by Cuspart.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required.
